Mmmmmm . . .

A good friend recently asked me if I still cook as delicious as I used to.... I realised that since Johann I have not really cooked anything other than the fast usal meals because there just never seems to be time.  Well, I took some time this afternoon and cooked this.  Sweet chilli/Lemon chicken with mushrooms, a salad, mini pita bread and a dollop of sweet chilli cream cheese on top... It was delicious even if I must say so myself.
